人是(shi)習(xi)慣(guan)性動(dong)物,每個(ge)人都有(you)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)習(xi)慣(guan)和(he)壞的(de)(de)(de)習(xi)慣(guan)。習(xi)慣(guan)對我們(men)(men)有(you)著很大的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang),有(you)著無形而強(qiang)大的(de)(de)(de)力量,因(yin)為(wei)(wei)它(ta)在(zai)不(bu)知不(bu)自(zi)覺中(zhong)經年累月影響(xiang)著我們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)為(wei)(wei),甚至主(zhu)宰人生。一只(zhi)木(mu)桶盛水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)多(duo)少,主(zhu)要取(qu)決于最短的(de)(de)(de)木(mu)板(ban)(ban),而不(bu)取(qu)決于最長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)木(mu)板(ban)(ban)。壞習(xi)慣(guan)就好(hao)像(xiang)木(mu)桶里(li)最短的(de)(de)(de)那根木(mu)板(ban)(ban),人的(de)(de)(de)失敗往往由于自(zi)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)某(mou)種不(bu)自(zi)覺的(de)(de)(de)壞習(xi)慣(guan)所致。因(yin)為(wei)(wei)壞習(xi)慣(guan)就是(shi)每個(ge)人行(xing)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)障礙,在(zai)潛移默化中(zhong)腐蝕(shi)我們(men)(men),使我們(men)(men)成為(wei)(wei)它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)奴(nu)隸。員工的(de)(de)(de)壞習(xi)慣(guan)如果得(de)不(bu)到(dao)糾正和(he)制約,就會(hui)像(xiang)癌(ai)細胞一樣(yang)在(zai)組織中(zhong)擴散(san)開來(lai),阻(zu)礙組織前進的(de)(de)(de)步伐。好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)習(xi)慣(guan)是(shi)走向成功的(de)(de)(de)鑰(yao)匙,使個(ge)人受(shou)益無窮,能讓我們(men)(men)自(zi)然地(di)去做并水(shui)到(dao)渠成地(di)收獲成果。
現(xian)在很多家(jia)長(chang)在教(jiao)育孩子的(de)過(guo)(guo)程中普遍(bian)都(dou)有了(le)一個(ge)共識:讓孩子養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)成(cheng)一個(ge)良好(hao)的(de)學(xue)習、生(sheng)活(huo)習慣(guan),比手(shou)把(ba)手(shou)陪讀、陪學(xue)換(huan)來的(de)好(hao)成(cheng)績(ji)更重要,因為(wei)“優秀也是(shi)一種習慣(guan)”。中國(guo)古代教(jiao)育家(jia)孔(kong)子曾說(shuo):少成(cheng)若天(tian)性(xing)(xing),習慣(guan)成(cheng)自然。小(xiao)的(de)時候(hou)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)成(cheng)的(de)習慣(guan)就像人的(de)天(tian)性(xing)(xing)一樣(yang)自然、堅固,甚(shen)至就變成(cheng)天(tian)性(xing)(xing)了(le),以(yi)至于以(yi)后所取得的(de)成(cheng)功、創造的(de)奇跡,很多方面(mian)都(dou)是(shi)由小(xiao)時候(hou)的(de)習慣(guan)所支(zhi)配的(de)。英國(guo)教(jiao)育家(jia)約(yue)翰·洛克也說(shuo)過(guo)(guo):事實上一切教(jiao)育歸根結蒂都(dou)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)培養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)人的(de)良好(hao)習慣(guan)。兒童培養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)就是(shi)對他們(men)的(de)習慣(guan)進行管理,讓他們(men)從小(xiao)養(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)成(cheng)良好(hao)習慣(guan)。
